Hanging 10 in Google Wave

APS1 Applications and Standards Track

Rookwood, 4th Floor

Monday,
8:30

AM

Are you already exhausted with the hype? Are you in and thinking to yourself, "I don't get it?" Google Wave is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more. But how does this work for me? How about "regular people"? How does it become part of--or replace parts of--my everyday workflow? We'll talk about hype versus practical uses, current projects/use cases, and best practices.

Presenter
